Inspired by her passion for understanding human behaviour, Neha graduated from McGill University with a BA in Psychology, and went on to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical & Counselling Psychology from Columbia University. Neha specializes in holistic healing and empathetic guidance, bringing evidence-based therapeutic care into workplace settings where employees need accessible, and confidential mental health support.

Drawing on Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, she helps individuals identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create lasting change. She creates a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe to process difficult emotions and build resilience.

With a deep understanding of human behaviour, emotional well-being, and the psychological factors that influence how individuals navigate various professional challenges, Neha has been able to help individuals deal with stress, maintaining work-life balance, burnout, interpersonal conflict and career transitions.

Neha has a strong foundation in human resources, employee engagement, and organizational dynamics. She understands the unique pressures of the modern workplace, bridging the gap between counselling expertise and the organizational context. Her approach combines strategic insight with compassionate care, helping organizations foster cultures where employees feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
