After earning her doctorate focused on ‘Dynamics of Leadership Effectiveness’ from the University of Mumbai as a UGC Research Fellow, Dr. Mistry transitioned into professional practice.

Her career spans multiple continents, including North America, Europe, South Asia, and South Africa, with tenure at premier organizations such as Bayer, Siemens, Colgate Palmolive, Mastech Corp., Tata Sons, Aditya Birla Group, Jubilant, Bhartia Group, and Cipla. A specialist in Talent and Leadership Development and a generalist (CHRO) for the past  fifteen years, have enabled Dr. Mistry to help individuals and organizations manage change, cultural transformation, and enhance productivity and effectiveness across the globe.

 

During her entire career she has led, created and designed HR systems and processes, most of which have been institutionalized in the companies that she worked in. An authority on executive growth and development, she has facilitated high-impact leadership workshops and management retreats. Furthermore, her advocacy for digital transformation has revolutionized HR operations, driving significant improvements in functional efficiency.
