Dr. Mrityunjay Srivastava has over three decades of rich experience as an Organization Development (OD) and change agility professional having worked across multi-cultural, geographically diverse stakeholders, building organization value and teams. He has been the architect of leadership journeys of many leaders helping them navigate change, manage turbulence, business disruption and turnaround specialist. Dr. Srivastava has worked across both public and private sector companies such as BHEL, BEL, SAIL, ONGC, Dalmia Cement, Dr. Reddy’s, Crompton Greaves, Wipro, etc, to name a few.

Dr. Srivastava completed his doctoral thesis on “Transformational Leadership” from Osmania University. He leverages design thinking methodology for the development of innovative solutions. At Wipro, where Dr Srivastava was associated for over seventeen years, he was instrumental in leading the Global Culture transformation and Growth mindset initiative. He also co-created a unique international consortium program involving many diverse companies and created a unique blended leadership development model which was highly successful.

Dr Srivastava has a strong research background having published many research papers and articles in various journals. His book “Transformational Leadership” published in 2003 received massive appreciation. Dr. Srivastava is an evangelist of digital learning, and believes in Co-creating futuristic solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Currently, Dr Srivastava advises and consults several companies on areas related to Organization development, Succession planning, Leadership assessments and evaluation, change management, culture transformation and digital learning.
